My Ultimate Guide to Clean Skincare is HERE! If you have been around for a while you know I’m all about Clean Beauty. Well, I’ve updated my clean skincare guides with new products AND received input from real women with different skin types so you know its real good and well rounded! My skin type has changed over the last year (hello pregnancy hormones!) and I busted out my guide to help me manage my needs, and then I thought — I bet there are other gals who are trying to find clean beauty but feel OVERWHELMED with where to start and what their skin actually needs. I created these four different skincare routines because skin is SO PERSONAL. What works miracles for one person can wreak HAVOC for another.  

Before I got into clean beauty, I really didn’t know that much about skincare, but I experienced a LOT of trial and error and my fair share of skincare issues over the years. I have learned so much about the beauty industry in general, but also, how SKIN works in general! You could say it’s kind of become a passion of mine.

When people ask the question “how do I switch to clean beauty? I’m so overwhelmed” I remind them that any step moving forward is movement. You can take the process as slow or fast as you want. I started with my swapping out my face wash and body wash because our skin is our largest organ and it absorbs EVERYTHING. Once I found my skin type and what my skin needed I got some samples of beautycounter countermatch regimen set and was hooked. I had a facial wash, toner, moisturizer, facial serum, night cream and felt confident about the clean, non-toxic products I was using. I’ve had two skin cancers removed from my body. TWO. I take my skincare very seriously and that’s why I’m such an advocate for cleaner beauty standards. If you have any questions, I’d love to chat or send you samples to try.
