CONNECT WITH DANIELLE
I’m a wife and momma on the daily and bouquets of flowers from Trader Joes are my love language. I'm a wanna be cooking show host. You can probably find me watching Bravo TV with an iced coffee in hand. I'm a big fan of brunch with the girls and ice cream dates with my guys. I love encouraging others with words and have a heart for serving.

I love seeing what other people have in their make up bag. I didn’t grow up with sisters so I loved learning about other products from my girlfriends! When I made the switch to clean beauty I wanted to keep a simple make up routine with a few extra options for special events!
During the colder months my skin tends to get dry so hydrating is a priority so my skin doesn’t get flakey with make up on it.
My Fall Make up bag looks a little like this…
Tinted Moisturizer: I love that this has SPF 20 and feels like a primer. If I want a lighter coverage I’ll reach for this tinted moisturizer. Its lightweight but gives my complexion an even color! I usually mix it with….
Hydrating Foundation: (I wear the shade Sand) I love mixing this with dew skin for the SPF and the buildable coverage. I can have a lighter coverage or add more for a fuller coverage. It provides the perfect amount of moisturizer that gives my skin a glow. I tend to have red checks and this evens that out smoothly!
Concealer: For those dark under eye circles and acne spots this concealer does the trick! It comes in so many shades and I stash one in my purse for on the go touch ups!
Setting Powder: My secret weapon to keeping my shine away. It compliments my foundation so well and I can lightly dust it onto my entire face to keep my makeup set for the day! I love that it keeps the shine away when my face starts to get a little oily.
Blush: Satin powder blush is the best for a touch of color! I rotate between a few shades I love. Sorbet is a deeper pink that makes me look refreshed and Guava is a lighter pink that gives a more natural look to my skin. Both of these satin matte powders give my skin the perfect amount of color without looking too done up.
Brow Gel: When I finally grew my brows out from the terrible shape they were and I had the shape I wanted after working hard with my brow girl (shout out Ryane at Arch!) I knew I wanted something to keep them from looking crazy. I love using this brow gel to keep my brows in place and its tinted to give them a fuller look. Less is for sure more with this product. I like to brush them out after the gel has settled for a softer look.
Lengthening Mascara: If I could only bring one makeup product to a desert island THIS. WOULD. BE. THE. ONE. This mascara separates my lashes and lengthens them. It won’t smudge and doesn’t flake off. The perfect clean mascara!
Velvet Eyeshadow: This neutral palette is my absolute fave! I usually shy away from palettes because I tend to not use all the colors. BUT, This palette gets full use! My favorite shades are Suade, Ivory and Sable for everyday use. The glitter on Penny is SO GOOD. Its the perfect brown tone pallet.
Sheer Lipstick: I love a little color on my lips. And this sheer lipstick is like a chaopstick but better! I love that this one is incredibly moisturizing and sheer for a lighter tone. My go to color is Rose! When I want a Deeper color with more pigment I use…
Color Intense Lipstick: For a fuller color I love this moisturizing lipstick. It has a hint of peppermint and the beautiful colors are so rich and vibrant. My go to is the color 9-5. I swear its a color that looks good on everyone.
One thing I love about the products I recommended is that Beautycounter has a thing called “Flawless in 5” which is their 5-minute makeup solution. This collection costs $150 (which I know is not cheap) but it gives you everything you’d need to start your clean makeup routine from foundation to concealer to blush, brows, mascara, and lips! This is an awesome make up collection to start with if you want to dive in and clean things up in your make up bag! I know when I started switching to clean products this was the best idea because I could start with the basics and build from there!
