How I made the Switch to Clean Beauty

So, you want to get started with clean beauty but you’re feeling pretty overwhelmed on where to start? I’ve been there!

When people ask the question “How do I switch to clean beauty? I’m so overwhelmed” I remind them that any step moving forward is movement! You can take the process as slow or fast as you want. I started with my swapping out my face wash and body wash because our skin is our largest organ and it absorbs EVERYTHING. Once I found my skin type and what my skin needed I got some samples of Beautycounter countermatch regimen set and was hooked. I had a face wash, toner, moisturizer, facial serum, night cream and felt confident about the clean, non-toxic products I was using. I’ve had two skin cancers removed from my body. TWO. I take my skincare very seriously and that’s why I’m such an advocate for cleaner beauty standards. If you have any questions, I’d love to chat or send you My Ultimate Guide to Clean Skincare! Every journey starts with one small step! I’d love to come alongside you on yours!
